Amazon just launched (2010) the latest version of its Kindle, e-book reader. Not surprisingly, the new Kindle model weighs less and takes up
less space while still boasting a reading screen of six inches. The screen's contrast quality has been boosted by 50%, and readers
are able to turn pages with 20% greater speed.

The new Kindle offers twice as much storage space as the prior version, and its offers
a month's worth of batter power. Those who are concerned with the quality of the reading experience will find that new fonts and other
features render all text much more pleasing in a visual sense. Even more noteworthy is the fact that the Wi-Fi Kindle costs a mere $139,
which is $10 less than the Nook e-reader from Barnes & Noble.

puts them on track to come out the winner. Kindle has also seen great success in the realm of e-book sales. A particular
novelist has seen sales of one million copies through the Kindle Store interface. According to Amazon, sales of Kindle
versions of their available products are outstripping those of conventional, hardcover versions
